Most of our products are the result of handcrafted, artisanal work. Minor imperfections or differences from the photos may occur. This is particularly true for products made from natural materials like wood and slate.
For unique pieces (headphone stands, wall-mounted bottle openers, wooden paintings), after-sales service is not possible if the wood deteriorates over time. Contact us with photos, and we'll discuss with our craftsman whether something is possible.
